Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

During promotional periods, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
European Union: 5–12 business days
Other international destinations: 7–15 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any applicable customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
